Ignorance is saying something hurtful to a group of people, and upon realizing so, you're regretful and at least attempt to assuage. She didn't. It took a few days, and Asian-Americans demanding for an apology for her office to put together a template apology letter. I certainly don't accept it, and I think neither should any Texan.
